The reservation process is quite simple.

  • You find the type of accommodation that ideally suits your needs (hotel, apartment, etc.)
  • Choose the Type of Room and select the No. of rooms you with to book
  • Click on the blue button: Reserve Now
  • Then we redirect you to a secure page at our partner’s website where on the following pages you may enter your details like: Name, Last Name, E-mail address and you create a password. You keep an eye whether there are some free amenities like: Free breakfast, Free internet, Free bike rental and you check these options. Then you click on the button: Continue.
  • On the following page you enter your credit card or debit card details. Your card will be used as a type of guarantee that you will arrive at the accommodation on the date you have chosen.

IMPORTANT: Your debit or credit card is used as a type of guarantee and you will not be charged for the whole amount. For most of the accommodations there is Free cancelation up to a certain date.

Owners of different accommodations reserve their right to decide about payment options. There are cases where during the process of reservation, you will need to enter your debit or credit card details which will be used as a guarantee for your stay.
In other cases, there is no need for credit or debit card to make a reservation, although the owner of the accommodation might want to pre-authorise your payment method prior to your arrival. This is understandable, since the upcoming high season is coming, the owners of the accommodation would like to be sure that they will fill all reservations. In any case, you will not have to pay for your whole booking beforehand. This is done for your own protection because there might be some un-forseen circumstances that might cause you to cancel the reservation. Therefore, you only pay for your booking when you arrive at the place of the accommodation.

To make a reservation, in most cases you will need a valid debit card or credit card. We recommend that you enter your own credit or debit card details. In case you don't have your own card, then you may enter the card details from a person that is close to you or someone who will be traveling with you.

Unforeseen circumstances can happen and of course we have an understanding for this. Therefore, at most of the accommodations there is an option for free cancelation of the reservation up to a certain date which is pointed our during the process of reservation.

Example: You want to make a booking at an accommodation in Greece from July 5th to July 15th. On the page with the accommodation details, if there is this kind of option, it will say: Free cancelation until Fri, 3 July 2015
This means that if you need to cancel your reservation, you must do it before this date. Your card will not be charged.

In this case, the debit/credit card guarantee is activated and you will be charged only for the first night of your reservation.

Everything that is included in the type of room of the chosen accommodation is included in the price. You can see more details about the room if you click on the name of the room at the accommodation details page. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

After you go through the complete process of reservation at our partner’s website, you will see the final page with the confirmation. On this page, you will see all necessary details about your reservation, including the Reservation number as well as the PIN code. Moreover, you will receive an e-mail with the details of the reservation at the email address you have entered during the reservation process.

The PIN code that you will receive upon successful completion of the reservation is a 4 digit number and is considered as confidential information. With the PIN code you will be able to view the reservation, make changes if needed or you can cancel your reservation.

When you enter the details about the accommodation:

  • Number of rooms (adults and children)
  • Desired destination and
  • Check-in and Check-Out dates

you will be automatically transferred to the page that will display accommodation according to your needs which are available at the desired destination. There you will see in more details the prices of the accommodation.

Any additional costs for children are not included in the price of the reservation. If you need an additional bed for a child or children, you need to write this request during the reservation process. If you need to additionally contact the accommodation, you will receive more details the e-mail that you will receive after successful completion of the reservation.

The address of the accommodation can be found on the accommodation details page. Additionally, you will receive the address in the confirmation e-mail that we will send you upon successful completion of the reservation. You can enter the address in your GPS device or GPS enabled smart phone and you will find the destination easily.
